about im a freelance digital artist based in california, currently focusing on building a portfolio. im interested in character design/splash art ^^

terms of service

before commissioning me, you MUST fully read and agree to the following𖦹 i am a digital illustrator, my work will only be done digitally. there is no production or shipping of physical products.𖦹 you acknowledge that an illustration commission may take up to five days to three weeks and a character design commission may take up to a few weeks to 4 months, the client may request updates from me during the process𖦹 as the artist i still maintain all and absolute rights to my works. this includes posting the commission on social media, using it for my portfolio, selling prints/making merchandise and editorial projects, unless stated otherwise.𖦹 i have the right to refuse a commission without having to disclose my reasonings, regardless of what assumed reasonings either the client or I have𖦹 the client nor anyone else is not allowed to claim my art as their own, nor trace, copy or edit it. the client must credit me or provide a link to my social whenever the art is shown.

𖦹 all commissions are either for personal use or commercial use, however the client must state that they would like to use my work commercially before i start the commission.
𖦹 as the client, you must provide multiple clear references with as much details and discuss any critiques or edits they want made during the process in great detail𖦹 payment can only be done through vgen𖦹 the client can either choose to pay in full up-front or 50% and the other 50% once the sketches have been confirmed before the render/lineart process𖦹 my work cannot be used as an NFT or any sorts of cryptocurrencies or for any types of AI learning.𖦹 i do not allow refunds or cancellations mid process unless i am unable to finish the commission or any other circumstances in which i am unable to complete the task.
