➤ ┊i have the full right to refuse a commission without having to disclosed my reasonings, regardless of what assumed reasons either the client or i have➤ ┊the client understands that this commission is 100% digital, meaning there is no physical item➤ ┊as the illustrator, i still maintain all and absolute rights to my works, this also includes the publication of my work on SNS, the work being added to my portfolio, and including it in future art projects/works➤ ┊there must be visible and proper credits to me, either mentioning me by username and/or providing a link going to one of my SNS profiles➤ ┊my artwork is not allowed to be used or published as an NFT, any sorts of cryptocurrency, etc, regardless if the work is commissioned or if copyrights were bought➤ ┊i do not allow my work being used for AI training/learning, regardless if its a commissioned piece from me, this is strictly prohibited➤ ┊i only accept payment and commission requests from vgen.co, if you are unable to commission from the site, please reach out to me via SNS dms or email to discuss this issue➤ ┊the time length of the commission process may vary depending on the commission option you choose, please make sure you read the designated tos for the selection before confirming your request
