terms of service

please thoroughly read my terms of service before commissioning me! these terms include details regarding the commission process, payments, revisions, deadlines, commercial usage, and what you as a client may need to keep in mind when working with me!!general
→ upon ordering a commission, you will automatically agree with the terms of service
→ i am a digital illustrator, my work will only be done digitally.
→ there is no production or shipping of any physical products.
→ i have the right to refuse a commission without having to disclose my reasonings, regardless of what assumed reasonings either the client or I haveprocess
→ you acknowledge that an illustration commission may take up to a week to two month. you as the client may request updates from me during the process
→ as the client, you must provide multiple clear references with as much details as possible and discuss any critiques or edits they want made during the process in great detail
→ throughout each phase of the commission i will allow any minor revisions
___* first draft phase revisions can include: pose, composition, outfit, character and backgrounds details
___* second draft phase: slight pose changes, outfit, character and backgrounds details, color adjustments
___* during linework & render process: base color changes, lighting and shadow direction, small clothing details, or any minor small adjustmentsdeadline & delivery
→ if you have a harsh deadline, please input the prompted information in the request form and a rush fee may be applied if necessary

copyright
→ as the artist i still maintain all and absolute rights to my work. this includes posting the commission on social media, using it for my portfolio, selling prints/making merchandise and editorial projects,
however these do not apply depending on the privacy fees
→ the client nor anyone else is not allowed to claim my art as their own, trace, copy or edit it. the client must credit me or provide a link to my social whenever the art is shown
→ my work cannot be used as an NFT or any sorts of cryptocurrencies or for any types of AI learning.
→ if the client intends to use my work for commercial fees, this will include an up charge of up to +100% to +200% of the full commission price depending on the actual usage
___* if used for: streaming assets, schedules, etc : +100%
___* if used for: merchandising, prints, ads, etc : +200%privacy fees
→ artists is free to publish the commission / no fee
→ can only publish finished work / no fee
→ free to publish after the commissioner / no fee
→ artist cannot publish the artwork / +$100~payment
→ payment must be done 100% upfront through vgen, I don't accept refunds unless it is under a circumstance in which im unable to complete the commission
→ i will start on the commission as soon as i receive the full payment
→ depending on clients commission, any add-ons or extra detailing may add on to the final price of the commission

→ i'm open to communicate on platforms such as instagram, twitter, discord, email or vgen, whichever is best easiest for you as the client
→ please keep in mind that i am working on multiple projects at the same time and will only contact you with updates for confirmation throughout each phase in the process
→ you are open to request updates from me during the commission
